Church and Breakfast!

What could be better than sitting together as a group for church and going out to brunch afterwards?  If you’re in the mood for a sermon followed by syrup and german pancakes, eggs, bacon, and all those amazing things that we call “breakfast foods” meet at the Ballard campus for the 9am service.   If you want to sit together, show up a few minutes early at the community group kiosk.  We’ll meet there and then sit together.  After the service, we will head to:

Resurgence Audio Available Online!

Adriel showed me where the audio teachings have been posted.  From Adriel:

Here’s the link to them all:

and if people want recommendations, I highly recommend CJ Mahaney and Matt Chandler. Though everyone seems to be in love with Piper, so that’s probably what they’ll watch.

Tuesday group reminder

Hey guys, this is just a shout out to remind you about group this coming Tuesday.  I’m really excited about our first group held at my house.  This is a great opportunity to start things off right and have a welcoming environment where we can really open up and share our lives with each other.
I just wanted to remind you to be thinking about an area of your life that you want to see changed.  We had talked a little bit about it two weeks ago when we last met for group.
We’ll be going over chapter 6 again, so if you hadn’t read it you have a chance to catch up so we can all start on the same page.  See you all here at 7:00.

St. Patrick’s Day Party! March 15

I’m sending this out early so you can save the date.

 St. Patrick’s Day party!!

Saturday March 15, be prepared for a dinner that is truly green.  It will be at James’ house, starting around 6pm. We will have spinach pasta, pesto, salad, guacamole chips, mint ice cream…. I’ve put together a nice dinner with green items.  For those of you who can come, we’ll all bring one of two things on the list and have a lovely green dinner together, followed by an evening of board games.

A more official invite will be sent out closer to the date, but this for you to put the date on your calendars. :)
